Why pay if the check is free?

The free check tells you about today. Break-ins rarely happen on the day you check. Monitoring looks every day, matches new holes to your plugins and follows Google until the spam is gone.

Will you publish my site if I don't pay?

No. We never name any site, whatever you pay. Hacked sites go privately to their owner, CERT Polska and the host. We only publish counts.

We were hacked and can't fix it ourselves.

HackedIndex doesn't clean sites or sell cleanup. The free report has the full guide: how to remove the injection, close the hole and clear the spam from Google. If you'd rather hire someone, hand them the report, the evidence in it is enough to work from. After cleanup we re-check for free.

How do we prove we're a non-profit?

Verify the domain, then give your KRS number and we check it in the register. Domains under gov.pl and edu.pl pass automatically.
